The message reads, in part:
“Your traditional meeting once again brought together a large and united community of participants and veterans of the special military operation, along with representatives of military-patriotic centres, public, youth, and volunteer organisations, the media, and educators and mentors from across the country. These individuals demonstrate an example of civic engagement and dedication to their Motherland. Through their work and initiatives, they help address pressing social and other challenges that directly affect people’s well-being and quality of life, and contribute to the country’s development as a strong and sovereign state.
I would like to emphasise that your personal example, knowledge, talent, and energy play a vital role in educating the younger generation in enduring spiritual, moral, and patriotic ideals and values. I also especially commend your ongoing efforts in historical education and in preserving the memory of the heroic deeds of past generations of defenders of the Fatherland.
I am confident that your upcoming discussions with like-minded colleagues will provide valuable opportunities to exchange experience and outline future plans. I also extend my sincere congratulations to the recipients of the Patriot National Prize, which will be presented during the forum.”
