Trip to St Petersburg
Dmitry Medvedev met with King Juan Carlos I of Spain. The President of Russia and King of Spain discussed the bilateral cooperation prospects with Russian and Spanish business community representatives. Dmitry Medvedev and HM Juan Carlos I opened the Year of Russia in Spain and the Year of Spain in Russia, and also visited one of the first happenings of these reciprocal events, The Prado Museum at the State Hermitage exhibition.
President Medvedev also had meetings with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Governor of St Petersburg Valentina Matviyenko.
