Trip to Sverdlovsk Region

In Yekaterinburg, Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev participated in the Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum. A package of documents was signed following the forum, including the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on Good-Neighbourliness and Alliance in the 21st Century. In addition, the President of Russia visited the Ural Locomotives company in Verkhnyaya Pyshma.
