Trip to Novosibirsk

Vladimir Putin presented the 2017 Presidential Prizes in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists and chaired a meeting of the Council for Science and Education.

The President also visited the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics in Akademgorodok, where he met with students from Novosibirsk State University and its Specialised Research and Studies Centre.

The President also met with scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences’ Siberian Branch and also with Acting Governor of Novosibirsk Region Andrei Travnikov.
