In Ashgabat Vladimir Putin attended the forum
marking the International Year of Peace and Trust, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. Following
the plenary session Vladimir Putin met with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The President of Russia also
held separate bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the forum with President
of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and President of Iraq Latif Rashid.
The President of Russia also took part in the ceremony
of laying wreaths at the Monument of Neutrality.
