The Federal Law determines the legal status of a business entity with the status of an international company, which has been entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in connection with the change of personal law by a foreign legal entity in the process of its redomiciliation.
The status of an international company can be granted to a foreign legal entity that is a commercial corporate organisation and that decides to change its personal law in accordance with set procedures. Russian law becomes the personal law of an international company from the moment it receives state registration in the Russian Federation.
