The Federal Law ratifies the following protocols signed in Havana on August 7, 2021:
The Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on providing the Government of the Republic of Cuba with a state loan, of January 30, 2009;
The Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on providing the Government of the Republic of Cuba with a state export loan to finance the supplies of oil and petroleum products to the Republic of Cuba, of March 20, 2017;
The Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on providing the Government of the Republic of Cuba with a state export loan to finance the supplies of oil and petroleum products to the Republic of Cuba, of December 13, 2017;
The Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on providing the Government of the Republic of Cuba with a state export loan to finance in 2019 the supplies of oil and petroleum products to the Republic of Cuba, of July 19, 2019.
