Pursuant to Clause 5 of the presidential Executive Order No. 520 On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Spheres in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the transaction by Russian Railways Medicine Joint Stock Company to acquire 74 percent of shares in the authorised capital of R&M Investment Limited Liability Company owned by TGV Investment CO., LTD shall be authorised.
