The Protocol was signed by the EurAsEC Interstate Council at the level of Heads of Government on November 19, 2010 in St Petersburg.
The Protocol defines the procedure for granting to the agency conducting special protective, antidumping and countervailing investigations of information used for the purposes of such investigations, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement on the Application of Special Protective, Antidumping and Countervailing Measures in Relation to Third Countries of January 23, 2008.
