The Treaty Between the Russian Federation and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Cases was signed in Moscow on July 31, 2025.
Under the treaty, the parties render each other reciprocal legal assistance with criminal cases if the wrongdoing in question is a criminal offence under the laws of both countries.
