The Federal Law provides for a possibility for a foreign citizen or a stateless person to open an individual personal account in the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation based on the data in the federal state information system, the Unified System of Identification and Authentication, in the infrastructure that ensures information and technical interaction between information systems used for providing state and municipal services in electronic format.
