The Agreement was signed in Moscow on August 16, 2022.
Under the Agreement, the parties are creating, in order to improve air defence in the region, a Joint Regional Air Defence System of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, which is an integral part of the joint air defence system of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
