Mr Shoigu briefed the President on the flood in Yakutia and relief aid to refugees from Kosovo.
The Minister said that about 3,700 Serbs had been evicted from their homes in Kosovo. By now all the equipment required to set up two refugee camps each accommodating 1,000 people had been delivered.
