They discussed certain aspects of bilateral partnership—in particular, in transport, energy and fishing. Major attention was paid to the prospects of Korean settlement, in which Russia is active and willing to play an active role in the future.
On Mr Kim’s request, Mr Putin summarised a recent visit to Moscow by North Korean leader Kim Jong-il.
