Plenipotentiary Presidential Representative in the Southern Federal District Vladimir Ustinov, Minister of Regional Development Viktor Basargin and Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov accompanied the President during his visit. During his plane trip to Ingushetia the head of state discussed the social and economic situation in the region and various issues relating to law and order.
