Opening of new emergency departments in Russian regions

On Emergency Medical Service Worker Day, Vladimir Putin visited the Federal Centre for Disaster Medicine at the Pirogov National Medical and Surgical Centre (NMSC). During the visit, he took part, via videoconference, in the opening ceremony for new emergency departments in several Russian regions.
