Trip to St Petersburg
In St Petersburg, Vladimir Putin held a joint meeting of the Council for Culture and Art and the Council on the Russian Language and also delivered a speech at the opening of the Fifth St Petersburg International Cultural Forum. Before the ceremony, the President met with Russian and foreign cultural figures taking part in joint cultural projects. Also, Vladimir Putin met with Foreign Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida.
