Amendments were made to Executive Order No. 126 of March 18, 2022, On Additional Temporary Economic Measures to Ensure the Financial Stability of the Russian Federation in the Sphere of Currency Control; Executive Order No. 430 of July 5, 2022, On Repatriation by Residents Participating in Foreign Economic Activity of Foreign Currency and the Currency of the Russian Federation; Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations; and Executive Order No. 16 of January 17, 2023, On Temporary Procedure for Making Decisions in Certain Russian Economic Entities. The amendments extend the duration of measures envisaged by these executive orders.
