The President signed an order appointing Foreign Affairs Minister Sergei Lavrov and Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov his official representatives in connection with the consideration by both chambers of the Federal Assembly of ratification of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, signed in Prague on April 8, 2010.
