The President toured the exhibition of engines for military and civil aviation, helicopters, as well as turbines for energy facilities, new types of aircraft, space engines, and ground gas turbines.
Vladimir Putin was accompanied by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, Aide to the President Alexei Dyumin, Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, Governor of the Samara Region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, as well as Sergei Chemezov, CEO of Rostec corporation for assistance in the development, production and exports of high-technology industrial products, and Alexander Grachyov, Director General of United Engine Corporation.
The President also held a meeting on engine-building industry development.
