Trip to St Petersburg. St Petersburg International Economic Forum
The President took part in the plenary session of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum and held a number of international meetings on the sidelines. In particular, he held talks with President of France Emmanuel Macron and had meetings with Vice President of China Wang Qishan, President of the Central African Republic Faustin Archange Touadera, President of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, and IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde.
Vladimir Putin also attended a number of meetings with representatives of the international investment and business community, in particular, Russia-France and Russia-Japan business dialogues, and a meeting with members of the RDIF Advisory Board.
During the trip, Mr Putin also attended a number of events related to domestic policy issues.
